Highlight Reel by TrophyCentral
Terms of Use
Last updated November 3, 2026
Highlight Reel is a free service from TrophyCentral that lets groups collect, approve and share photos from their events. By creating an account or uploading a photo, you agree to these terms.
Organizer accounts
- You must be at least 18 and have permission to run photo sharing for your group.
- You are responsible for your events, for approving photos before they appear, and for honoring removal requests.
- Keep your sign-in links private. Tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
Photos
- Only upload photos you took or have the right to share.
- The person who took a photo keeps ownership of it.
- By uploading, you allow the group and TrophyCentral to show the photo in the event's gallery, slideshow and Hall of Champions, and to print it on products that you or the group order.
- TrophyCentral shows a photo on its own Highlight Reel page only when the organizer sends it in and confirms they have permission, and only after we approve it.
Photos of children
Many groups include children. Organizers should only approve photos of children whose parent or guardian allows it, and should use the don't-publish list for anyone who should not appear. Children should not create accounts.
What isn't allowed
No photos or text that are illegal, sexual, violent, hateful or harassing, that invade someone's privacy, or that you don't have the right to share. Don't try to break, overload or misuse the service.
Removal and our right to refuse content
- Anyone can ask for a photo to be removed from a gallery; it is hidden right away and the organizer decides what happens next.
- TrophyCentral may review any photo, text, event or account on the service. We may refuse, hide or remove any photo or text, and pause or close any event or account, at our sole discretion, at any time and with or without notice, including anything we consider inappropriate, even if it doesn't clearly break these terms. A photo we take down can't be put back by the organizer.
- We are not required to review content and don't promise to catch everything. Organizers remain responsible for what they approve.
Highlight Reel voting
Visitors can vote for their favorite photos on TrophyCentral's Highlight Reel. Voting is just for fun: there are no prizes unless we say so. One vote per photo per person each season. We may remove votes that look automated or repeated, and we decide the results, change the rules or end voting at any time.
The service
- Highlight Reel is free. Photo limits and how long galleries stay up are shown in the app and may change.
- Galleries are deleted after their gallery period ends. Download anything you want to keep. Highlights from public events may stay in the group's Hall of Champions.
- The service is provided as is. We work to keep it running and your photos safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we are not responsible for lost photos or indirect losses. Keep your own copies of photos that matter.
- We may change or end the service, or these terms. If we make important changes, we'll let organizers know.
